  Edward Bittinger, 64, Somerset RD 7, died Feb. 10, 1983, in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born June 22, 1918, in Jennings, Md., a son of the
  late Charles and Sarah (Hoover) Bittinger.  Funeral services will be
  conducted Monday at 10 a.m. in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home. 
  Visitation one hour before service, with the Rev. Paul W. Douglas, Sr.
  officiating.  Interment, Salisbury Cemetery.
