  LULA ELLEN BITTINGER
  
    Lula Ellen Bittinger, 61, of Woodland, died June 5, 1981, at Community
  Hospital, Frostburg, Md.
    She was born in Garrett County, Md., and was a daughter of the late Irvin
  Hare and Bertha (Broadwater) Hare.
    She is survived by her husband, Lloyd Bittinger; four daughters, Mrs.
  Mary Catherine Baker, Klondike; Mrs. Judy Myers Bittinger, Shaft; Miss
  Leona Bittinger, Lonaconing, Md.; Miss Brenda Bittinger, Gilmore; two sons,
  Wayne Hare, Klondike; Kenneth Leroy Bittinger, Lonaconing, Md.; three
  sisters, Mrs. Ruba Mae Broadwater, Mrs. Blanche Spiker, both of Oakland,
  Md.; and Mrs. Catherine Wilt, Canton, Ohio; two brothers, Marshall Hare of
  Grantsville, Md.; Elroy Hare, of Canton.
    Services were conducted in the Midlothian Assembly of God Church with the
  Rev. James Johnson officiating.  Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial
  Park.
