Born June 10, 1976 in Baltimore, she was the adopted daughter of Marvin Smith, Baltimore and the late Jean S. (Crane) Smith. Surviving, in addition to her adoptive father are her birth mother, Beatrice Reios, Baltimore; her husband of seven years, Walter, "Wally," Bittinger; father and mother-in-law, Paul and Linda Bittinger, all of Salisbury; maternal grandmother, Mildred "Millinger" Crane, Oakland, Md.; paternal grandfather, Walter Schartiger, Salisbury; three sisters: Amy King, Virginia; and Mellissa Cousins and Jessie Riggins; two brothers, William Smith and Marvin Smith, all of Baltimore, Md.; and seven nieces and nine nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Durst Funeral Home, P.A. 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg, Md., where funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, with the Rev.
