  MRS. GRANT BITTINGER
  
    Mrs. Minnie D. Bittinger, 87, Grantsville, widow of Grant
  Bittinger, died May 29, 1973 in Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland.
    Born in Grantsville, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs.
  William Durst.
    Surviving are a son, Frederick L. Bittinger, Grantsville; five
  daughters, Mrs. Jeannette Lohr, Miss Mary Bitttinger and Mrs. Lena
  Sipple, Grantsville; and Mrs. Mildred Ryland, Accident, Md.; and Mrs.
  Pearl Brenneman, Salisbury; also ten grandchildren and 24
  great-great-grandchildren.
    Funeral service will be conducted at 2:30 o'clock this (Thursday)
  afternoon in Maple Grove Church of the Brethren of which she was a
  member, with Rev. Preston Mills officiating. Interment in Grantsville
  Cemetery.
