    Eleanor J. (Reitz) Bittlebrun, Somerset Pike, Boswell, died unexpectedly Aug. 20, 2007,
  at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. A daughter of William R. and Florence E. (Rayman)
  Reitz. Preceded in death by parents; daughter, Jacquelyne Lynn Bittlebrun; sisters,
  Maxine Clark and Wilma Reitz. Survived by husband of 57 years, Melvin W. ÒMoonÓ
  Bittlebrun; daughters, Susan J., married to David L. Borosky, Boswell, and Brenda A.,
  mar- ried to James W. Travis, Altoona; granddaughters, Jennifer G., married to Dale Rose,
  Jr., Boswell; and Joyelle L. Borosky, Boswell. Also survived by numerous nieces and
  nephews. Retired registered nurse for Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital, member of
  Benscreek Evangelical Lutheran Church, volunteer for St. Francis Sharing and Caring.
  Viewing from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409
  Main St., Boswell. Viewing also from 10 a.m. until time of service 11 a.m. Thursday at
  Benscreek Lutheran Church. The Rev. Larry C. Hoover and the Rev. Jacquelyn S. Ahern
  officiating. Interment Maple Spring Cemetery. Donations in Eleanor's mem- ory may be
  given to Benscreek Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4459 Somerset Pike, Hollsopple, PA 15935.
