  BITTNER
  
    Alberta Rosella Bittner, 76, of 299 Bittner Rd., Meyersdale, died
  Nov. 25, 1998 at her home.  Born July 22, 1922 in Ellerslie, Md., a
  daughter of the late Lester and Anna (Lowery) Conner.  Preceded in
  death by her husband, Raymond Clinton, in 1996. Also 4 sisters and 3
  brothers.  Mrs. Bittner was a former employee of Meyersdale Mfg. and
  Woolworth Dept. Store.  Surviving are her children:  Donald, Merle,
  Leroy, Sharon Robinson and Karon Thompson of Meyersdale and Gloria
  Geary of Mount Savage, Md.  Two guardian children, Marjorie Sines and
  Linda Most of Meyersdale; also 23 grandchildren; 17 great
  grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren; sister, Mildred King of
  Ellerslie, Md.  She also raised 3 nieces and nephews.  Friends will
  be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today (Friday) at Leckemby
  Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where the service will be at 11 a.m.
  Saturday, with Pastor Craig Lyman officiating.  Interment, St. John's
  (Temple) Cemetery.
