  Clara Mildred Bittner, 65, of Meyersdale, died Dec. 21, 2001, at
  Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born Aug. 31, 1936 in
  Meyersdale, a daughter of the late Walter R. and Olive P. (Geiger)
  Wahl.  Also preceded in death by two brothers, Harvey and W.
  Herbert.  Survived by her husband of 40 years, Vernon W. "Ike"
  Bittner, and two daughters, Vicki, wife of Philip Skoff, Cuyahoga
  Falls, Ohio, and Christine, wife of Jerry Gnagey, Meyersdale, and a
  granddaughter Melissa Skoff.  A sister of Myrel Wahl and his wife
  Rita, Meyersdale, Clavin Wahl and his wife Barbara, Electra, Texas,
  Donna Jean Kirchner, Chambersburg, and Marie Klink, Meyersdale, Clara
  was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, Meyersdale, and was a former
  employee of the Meyersdale Manufacturing Co.  Friends were received
  Sunday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be
  conducted at 2 p.m. Monday (today) with the Rev. Glenn P. Foster
  officiating. Interment Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
