  MRS. CORA BITTNER
  
    Mrs. Cora Bittner, 94, of Rockwood RD 2, died April 15, 1973, in
  Siemon Nursing Home.  Somerset.  Born Jan. 7, 1879, in Meyersdale,
  she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Milton Horner.  She was
  preceded in death by her husband, William, in 1928; a daughter, Mary;
  a son, Foster, two brothers and a sister.
    Surviving are two sons, Emmert H., of Rockwood RD 2; and Galen M.,
  of Greensburg; two grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and a
  brother, Foster Horner of Tamaqua.  She was a member of Middlecreek
  Chuch of the Brethren.
    Funeral service was conducted Wednesday afternoon in Wilbur D.
  Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, with Rev. Gerald Deffenbaugh,
  officiating.  Interment in Middlecreek Church Cemetery.
