  DESSIE E. BITTNER
  
    Dessie E. Bittner, 76, of Meyersdale RD 4, died Nov. 28, 1980, in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.
    She was born Dec. 14, 1903 in Summit Twp., a daughter of the late
  Lincoln and Sarah (Flickinger) Wedge.  She was preceded in death by
  her husband, Harvey.  She is survived by a son, Harry of Meyersdale
  RD 4; grandchildren:  Mrs. Barbara Miller, Stoystown RD 3; Roger
  Bittner, and Terry Bittner, both of Meyersdale RD 4; also a
  great-grandson.  She was the sister of Louther, Smithfield; Charles,
  Connellsville; John, Meyersdale RD 1; Arthur, Meyersdale; and Mrs.
  Rebecca Miller, Buffalo, N.Y.  She was a member of Trinity United
  Church of Christ, Berlin.
    Friends were received at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where
  services were conducted with the Rev. Charles Sigler.  Interment,
  Union Cemetery.
