  BITTNER
  
    Evelyn M. Bittner, 80, Somerset RD 2, died May 4, 1987 at the
  Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Sept. 29, 1906 in Friedens,
  daughter of the late Morgan E. and Jane (Young) Kimmel.  Preceded in
  death by her husband, Paul S. Bittner; brother, James; and sister,
  Della Reiser,  Survived by these children:  Robert E., Somerset; Mrs.
  B. E. (Janet) Garrett, Friedens RD 1; Mrs. Harvey A. (Nancy) Suter,
  Somerset RD 2; and Ronald J., Somerset; 10 grandchildren; and eight
  great-grandchildren. Sister of Leroy, Portland, Ore.; Telford,
  Brimfield, Ohio; Mrs. James (Ada) Latshaw and Mrs. Florence Parker,
  both of Somerset. Member of Trinity Lutheran Church.  Funeral service
  was held at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home,
  with Pastor H. James Meyers officiating.  Interment, Somerset County
  Memorial Park.
