  BITTNER
  
    Florence Woy Bittner, 94, of West Race Street, Somerset, died Jan.
  17, 1993, in Somerset Hospital.  Born Jan. 9, 1899 in Somerset
  Township, daughter of the late Frank S. and Mary Zinn Woy.  Preceded
  in death by her husband, Luther W. Bittner; two sisters: Marian, wife
  of Merle D. Snyder, and Magdalene, wife of John Fluck.  Survived by
  two sons: L. Frank, married to the former Alice Critchfield, Everett;
  and Marshall L., married to the former Patty Koontz, Breezewood; five
  grandsons; two granddaughters; six great-grandchildren; three nephews
  and one niece.  One sister, Franceline, wife of Ernest L. Trent,
  Somerset   A life-long member of Trinity Lutheran Church.  Attended
  Oberlin College and was graduated from Indiana College.  Former
  teacher in Somerset Schools.  Private funeral service was conducted
  at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, with
  Pastor Robert L. Hoover officiating.  Interment, Husband Cemetery.  In
  lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church.
