GRANT BITTNER

  Grant Bittner, son of the late Nathan and Lydia Bittner, died at the home of 
his brother, C. C. Bittner, in Sand Patch R.D., at noon today (Thursday).  Mr. 
Bittner, aged 74 years, 11 months and 6 days, was born in Somerset County, on 
May 4, 1867.  He is survived by one brother, C. C. Bittner, and one sister, Miss 
Susan Bittner, both of Sand Patch R.D.
  Services will be conducted at the C. C. Bittner home on Monday afternoon, at 2 
o'clock, and will be in charge of Rev. J. E. Gindlesperger.  Interment will be 
made in White Oak Cemetery, under the direction of H. R. Konhaus, local 
mortician.
