    Harriet B. Bittner, 84, of Berlin, died Sept. 23, 1999 at Meadow
  View Nursing Center.  Born Nov. 30, 1914 in Berlin, daughter of C.
  Weller and Lucy (Riehl) Saylor.  Preceded in death by parents;
  husband, Harold E.; brothers: Robert, Harold, Edward and James
  Saylor; sisters: Kathryn Hittie and Carolyn Zorn.  Survived by
  sons:  Franklin C. married to the former Bettyjo Poorbaugh of Berlin;
  and Harold Eugene, married to the former Emily Engleka, of Somerset;
  granddaughter, Kelly Bittner, and sister, Charlotte Saylor of
  Windber.  Member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Berlin.  Family
  will receive friends from 5-9 p.m. Saturday at Deaner Funeral Home,
  Berlin, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Rev. Carl W.
  Schwarm officiating.  Interment, Berlin IOOF Cemetery.  Memorial
  contributions may be given to Trinity UCC, Berlin, Pa., 15530
