  HARVEY E. BITTNER
  
    Harvey E. Bittner, 81, of Everson (Fayette Co.) died Wednesday,
  September 26, 1984 in Mount Pleasant.
    He was born in Meyersdale, May 12, 1903.  He was a son of the late
  Henry W. and Carrie (Blatter) Bittner.  He was a brakeman on the B&O
  Railroad, retiring in 1972.  He was a member of the Brotherhood of
  Railroad Brakemen and the F. O. E. of Connellsville.
    Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Anna Lohr of Chambersburg and a
  brother, John Bittner of Meyersdale.  In addition to his parents he
  was preceded in death by his wife, Lavadia Everley, one sister, Helen
  and one brother, William.
    Services were held Saturday, Sept. 29 in Connellsville.
