She was born July 15, 1904 in Casselman, the daughter of Jacob Garfield and Clementine Frances (Rowe) Nedrow. She was preceded in death by parents; her loving husband, Daniel Belle "Boone" Bittner on May 4, 1977; a daughter, Lois Folk; a son, Glenn "Bud" Bittner; four grandsons; brothers: William "Buster;" Arthur "Art;" Clarence "Huck," and Glen "Farmer;" sisters: Dorothy, Zoetta "Fern;" and Ethel; a daughter-in-law, Mattie (Shipley) Bittner, and a son-in-law, William Iser. She is survived by children: Fay, widow of William Iser, of Grand Junction, Colo.; Inez and husband, Raymond Larkin of Vail, Ariz., with whom she resided; Dale and wife, Linda (Sawtell-Ballentine) Bittner, of Bomoseen, Vt.; Blaine and wife, Shirley (Bower) Bittner of Lafayette, La.; and Carol Sue and husband, Kenneth Weimer, Jr., of Rockwood; daughter-in-law, Emily (Hergenroder) Bittner of Lillian, Ala.; son-in-law, Frederick Folk of Casselman; one sister, Betty (Nedrow) Williams of Sacramento, Calif.; 32 grandchildren; 70 great-grandchildren; and 47 great-great grandchildren. She was a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, Somerset and a recent member of the Vail Valley Baptist Church, Vail, Ariz. Friends will be received 2-9 p.m. Friday at the Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood. A service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Somerset Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. There will be viewing one hour prior to the service with the Rev. James E. Vandervort officiating. Interment will be at the Somerset County Memorial Park, Somerset.
