  IRENE M. BITTNER
  
    Irene M. Bittner, 64, of Route 160, RD 4, Meyersdale, Pa., died
  Friday at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland.
    Born January 3, 1912, she was the daughter of the late William
  Crossland and Barbara (Raymond) Crossland, Connellsville.
    Surviving are her husband Kenneth R. Bittner; five sons, Carl E.
  Bittner, LaVale, Md.; Jack R. Bittner, Cumberland, Md.; Jerry D.
  Bittner, Belle Vernon; Ronald E. Bittner, Colonial Heights, Va.;
  Larry E. Bittner, Reading; two daughters, Mrs. Janie Gregory,
  Flintstone, Md.; Mrs. Esther Kennell, Mt. Savage, Md., one brother,
  Tindall Crossland, Aliquippa; 20 grandchildren and 12
  great-grandchildren.
    Services were conducted at Central Assembly of God Church,
  Cumberland, with Rev. Kenneth Owens officiating.  Interment was in
  White Oaks Cemetery, Meyersdale RD 4.
    Friends were received at the Zeigler Funeral Home in Hyndman.
