  JOSEPH L. BITTNER
  
    Joseph L. Bittner, 75, Meyersdale, died Nov. 7, 1980, at Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.
    He was born Aug. 13, 1905, in Summit Township, a son of the late
  Joseph and Mary (Braucher) Bittner.
    He is survived by his wife, the former Ellen Thomas, and two
  daughters, Mrs. Grace Bisbing, Romulus, Mich., and Mrs. Rhonda
  Perelli, Wheeling, W.Va.; also three sisters; two grandchildren and
  six great-grandchildren.
    Services were conducted at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, with
  the Rev. Walter Fike officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery,
  Meyersdale.
