  BITTNER
  
    Lloyd E. Bittner, 84, Somerset Towers, died Aug. 21, 1994, at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born April 21, 1910, in Meyersdale, son of the
  late Simon and Nora (Engle) Bittner.  Preceded in death by sister,
  Margaret Braun.  Survived by wife of 61 years, the former Grace
  Jones; son, David Bittner, Ruffs Dale, and three grandchildren. 
  Brother of Robert Bittner, Rockwood RD 2.  World War II veteran of
  U.S. Army.  Member of Methodist Church.  Retired salesman for Gardner
  Pie Co.  No receiving of friends or viewing of the remains.  Memorial
  service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Sept. 11 at Posey Corner. 
  Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, has charge of arrangements.
