  BITTNER
  
  Lucy I. Bittner, 89, of Fairhope, died Friday, March 28, 1986, in
  Penn Knoll Village, Bedford.  She was born in Fairhope Township on
  April 2, 1896, daughter of the late Eli G. and Margaret A. (Spaugy)
  Carder.  She was a member of the Fairhope Community Church.  She was
  preceded in death by her husband, Solomon F. Bittner, who died Oct.
  26, 1964; by three brothers and four sisters.  She was the last
  surviving member of her immediate family.  Services at the Harvey H.
  Zeigler Funeral Home on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Leroy
  Logsdon officiating.  Interment at Mt. Zion Cemetery.  Visitation at
  the funeral home Monday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
