  MILLARD L. BITTNER
  
    Millard L. Bittner, 73, of Fairhope, died May 22, 1972.  Born in
  Fairhope, he was a son of the late Joseph A. and Sarah E. (Troutman)
  Bittner.
    He was a retired maintenance employee of the Baltimore and Ohio
  Railroad, a member of the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way
  Employees, Pittsburgh Division, and of Fairhope Community Church.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Clara Carter; a son, Cloyd
  Bittner, Wheaton, Md.; one grandchild and a sister, Mrs. Jennie
  Custer, Fairhope.
    Funeral service will be held at two o'clock Friday afternoon in
  Fairhope Community Church with Rev. Leroy Logsdon officiating.  The
  body will be taken to the church one hour prior to the service. 
  Interment in Mt. Zion Cemetery under the direction of Zeigler Funeral
  Home, Hyndman.
