NELLIE M. BITTNER

  Mrs. Nellie M. Bittner, wife of John Bittner of Boynton, died April 1, 1942, 
of heart disease.  She was a native of Somerset County, and a daughter of 
Hesekiah and Priscilla Trent Hemminger, and was born Sept. 1, 1889.
  She is survived by her husband and these children: William, Ulysses and Fay 
Bittner of Boynton; Russell Bittner of Ravenna, Ohio; Grace, wife of Floyd 
Wellington, of Boynton.  She is also survived by two brothers and one sister, 
namely, George Trent of Salisbury; Alvin Trent of Boynton, and Mrs. Amy Watson 
of Keyser, W.Va.
  Funeral services were conducted at the Bittner home at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, by 
the Rev. Arthur Vesper, a minister of the Pentacostal Church of which Mrs. 
Bittner was a member.
  Interment was in the Salisbury I.O.O.F. Cemetery, under the direction of 
Mortician Stanley M. Thomas, of Salisbury.
