  Elizabeth S. Black, 75, Sarasota, Fla., formerly of Somerset, died
  Aug. 21, 1978 in Sarasota.  Daughter of the late Pius and Elizabeth
  (Stein) Speicher.  Preceded in death by her husband, George J. Black,
  and one brother, John H. Speicher.  Survived by one daughter, Mrs.
  Alice DeWalt of New York, N.Y.  Funeral service will be conducted
  Wednesday in Sarasota, Fla., with interment to follow in Union
  Cemetery, Somerset.
