    Meagan E. Black, 23, of Rockwood died Sept. 16, 1999 at her
  residence of natural causes.  Born Sept. 5, 1976 in Somerset, a
  daughter of John and Janet Black of Rockwood.  Preceded in death by
  paternal grandparents, S. John and Jane Black.  Survived by parents,
  brother Seth of Rockwood, maternal grandparents Edythe and Joseph
  Aglietti of Pittsburgh and friend Wayne Morgan of Rockwood.  A 1995
  graduate of Rockwood High School.  She was attending Allegany
  Community College of Somerset.  Member of Messiah Lutheran Church,
  New Centerville.  Also member of the Rockwood Sportsmen's Club and
  Rockwood American Legion Auxiliary.  Memorial service will be held at
  4 p.m. Monday at Messiah Lutheran Church, pastor John Palko
  officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to
  the Western Pennsylvania Epilepsy Foundation, Forbes Avenue,
  Pittsburgh, Pa.  Arrangements under the direction of the Miller
  Funeral Home, Rockwood.
