Blackston, David J.

  Stricken unconscious while in bed at an early hour Thursday morning by a 
stroke of apoplexy, David J. Blackston, one of the oldest and most prominent 
members of the Cumberland bar and former mayor of that city, died shortly before 
midnight of the same day without regaining consciousness.
