    Eugene P. "Birds" Blair, 43, Boswell, died April 21, 2008, at his home. Born
  Dec. 31, 1964, in New Kensington, the son of Evan and Pauline (Fleegle) Blair.
  Preceded in death by father; sister-in-law, Robin Blair; and brother-in-law,
  Larry Coughenour. Survived by mother, Stoystown; wife of 24 years, the former
  Verna Coughenour; sons, Michael Blair and fiancˇe, Heather Blough, Greensburg;
  and Matthew Blair, at home. Brother of Evan Blair, Somerset; Wanda Bodziak,
  Somerset; Doc Blair and wife, Ruth, Berlin; Robert Blair, Stoystown; Tammy
  Hartless, Somerset; and Gloria, married to Craig Wheeler, Georgia; and numerous
  nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Attended North Star High
  School. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and working on cars. Following cremation a
  memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Hoffman Funeral
  Home & Cremation Services, Boswell.
