  BLAIR
  
  Evan "Bud" Blair, 73, of Stoystown, died Dec. 21, 2003, at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born Feb. 9, 1930, in Acosta, he is the son of the late
  Elmer and Luella (Fleegle) Blair.  Also preceded in death by bother,
  Kenneth Blair and sister Odessa Collier.  Survived by wife the former
  Pauline Fleegle, children:  Evan Blair Jr. of Friedens, Doc Blair of
  Berlin, Robert Blair of Stoystown, Tammy Ott of Somerset, Eugene
  Blair of Boswell and Gloria Wheeler of Georgia.  Seventeen
  Grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  Brother of Ethel
  McClucas of Lancaster, George Blair of Mt. Pleasant, Vernetta
  Charlton and Leona Black both of Greensburg and Carol Jean Crawford
  of Irwin.  Member of Jenner Rod and Gun Club and Quemahoning Rod and
  Gun Club.  Friends received from noon to 2 p.m.  Wednesday in the
  Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where service will be held at 2 p.m.
  with Rev. Samuel Coughnour officiating.
