Blake, 66, Boynton, died March 13, 1985, at home. Born March 11, 1919, in Boynton, he was a son of the late Isaac and Goldie (Kendall) Blake, Boynton. Besides his mother, he is also survived by a daughter, Mrs. Judy Ann Hoover, Canton, Ohio; two brothers, Leroy, Boynton; and James, Harrrisonville; and four sisters, Mrs. Dorethea Housel, Meyersdale; Mrs. Shirley Baer, Baltimore, Md.; Mrs. Edna Paul, Boynton; and Mrs. Evelyn Mosser, Accident, Md.; also two grandsons. Member of the Boynton Church of God, he was a retired construction worker and member of the Laborers International Union, Local No. 964, New Castle. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m., the Rev. Bruce B. Brumfield officiating.
