  Charles R. Bland, 30, of Grant, Ala., died July 10, 1984, in Grant.  Born
  June 12, 1954, in Sandy Spring, Md.  Survived by his father, C. Ralph bland
  and stepmother, Evangeline, Meyersdale RD 4; his mother, the former Gladys
  (Love) Bland, Baltimore, Md.; also survived by paternal grandparents:  Mr.
  and Mrs. Robert L. Bland, Florida; a son, Charles R. Bland, Jr.,
  Washington, D.C.; one brother, Michael, California; two sisters:  Kim
  Bland, Cedar Bluff, Va.; and Lynda Bland, Schuylkill Haven, Pa.; three
  step-brothers, Randy Scott, Meyersdale RD 4; Robert Scott, Dale City, Va.;
  and Rodney Scott, Oxen Hill, Md.; two step-sisters:  Debbie Hill, Dale
  City, Va., and Kathy Dimery, Myrtle Beach, S.C.  Friends are being received
  at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale.  Services will be conducted at 2 p.m.
  Monday at the Grace Reformed Church (White Oak), with the Rev. Scott Vartges
  officiating.  Interment, church cemetery.

  10, 1984, in Grant, Ala.  Arrangements, in charge of Price Funeral Home,
