    Samuel Howard Blank, 68, formerly of Cumberland, Md. died December 12,
  1978 in Toledo, Ohio.
    He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Keller Blank.
    He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Donna Jean Liller; two sisters, Mrs.
  Dorothy Blank, Wellersburg and Mrs. Mary Steel, Cumberland.
    Services were held in the Scarpelli Funeral Home with the Rev. Arthur
  Leaker officiating.  Interment, Sunset Memorial Park.
