    William Clifford Blank, 78, Perris, Calif., died June 9, 2001.  Born
  April 4, 1923, in Wellersburg, son of the late William J. and Mary (Smith)
  Blank.  Also preceded in death by brother Bernard M. Blank, Illinois. 
  Survived by his wife, Jane Housel Blank, son Len, and grandson, all of
  California; brother Dale C. Blank, Calif.; sisters:  Eleanor Holliday,
  Somerset, and Nancy Todd, Princeton, Ill.; and sisters-in-law:  Ruth Hauger
  Blank, Illinois, and Patricia Blank, Calif.  Funeral was held in California.
