  BETTY JANE BLANTZ
  
  Betty Jane Blantz, 77, of Meadow View Nursing Center, Berlin, died Feb. 12,
  2004, at Meadow View Nursing Center.  Born Feb. 26, 1927, in Connellsville,
  daughter of Russell and Trease (Conniff) Durnell.  Preceded in death by
  parents and husband Charles "Dick" Blantz who died Sept. 7, 2001.  Survived by
  daughter Joy married to Rusty Melnyk, Indianapolis, and grandchildren Hillary
  and Adriana.  Sister of Roberta Miller, Connellsville and Patricia Schetrompf,
  Garrett.  No viewing or receiving of friends.  Family and friends are invited
  to attend a memorial service Sunday 4 p.m. at Meadow View Nursing Center,
  Berlin.  The Rev. Glenn Foster officiating.  Arrangements by George E. Mason
  Funeral Home Inc., Davidsville.
