  BLASCO
  
    Vincent W. Blasco, 82, 520 Mississippi St., Boswell, formerly of
  Stoystown, died Sept. 18, 1995, at Somerset Hospital.  Born May 24, 1913 in
  Windber, son of William and Mary (Lucas) Blasco.  Preceded in death by
  parents; first wife, the former Laura Berkebile; sisters, Margaret Kurdziel
  and Eleanor Puto.  Survived by wife, the former Marion Krevock; son, William
  L., married to the former Dereta Veres, Stoystown; daughter, Linda, married
  to William Boyer, McMurray; grandchildren, Christine Buchanan, Jodi and
  Shannon Blasco, Heather and Eric Boyer.  Brother of Helen Blasko and Mary
  Gulick, both of Windber.  Retired operating engineer from Lasky Coal
  Company Inc., and Jenner Township.  A 50-year member of Operating Engineers
  Local 66.  Member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church (All Saints Parish),
  Boswell.  A 43-year member of Johnstown L.O.O.M. Lodge 48.  Member of
  Boswell Knights of Columbus and Fourth Degree member of Johnstown Knights
  of Columbus.  Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday
  at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where service will be held at 9:15 a.m.
  Thursday.  Rev. Blase Wegierski OFM Conv.  Interment, Odd Fellows Cemetery,
  Stoystown.  Wake service at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, Knights of
  Columbus rosary service at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
