  BLEVINS
  
  Jesse J. Blevins, 69, of Water St., Rockwood, died March 28, Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Nov. 5, 1904, in Kentucky, a son of the late
  Frank and Anna Blevins.  Preceded in death by a brother and three
  sisters.  Survived by his wife, the former Louella Miller.  Brother of
  Herbert, Fred and Lawrence, all of Alton, Ill.; Wilson, Chicago; and
  Charles and Mrs. Robert Webb, Louisville.  Veteran of World War II, served
  with the U.S. Coast Guard.  American Legion, Somerset, VFW, Somerset,
  Uniontown Motor Club, Casebeer Lutheran Church.  Retired truck driver for
  Spector Freight System.  Friends will be received after 2 p.m. Saturday at
  the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, where services will be conducted Monday
  at 2 p.m., Pastor Robert Clark officiating.  Interment, Somerset County
  Memorial Park.
