  Fred W. Bloom, 71, Michigan Center, Mich., died March 22, 1984.  He is
  survived by two sisters-in-law, Miss Margaret Fike and Mrs. Helen Boose,
  both of Somerset.  Graveside services will be held at Union Cemetery,
  Meyersdale, Tuesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Bobby Phillips officiating.
