GEORGE R. BLOSE

  George R. Blose died at his home in Delmont, Pa., Tuesday evening, March 18th, 
and is being buried there Thursday afternoon.
  Mr. Blose was engaged in the jewelry business in Meyersdale many years ago.  
He sold out to T. W. Gurley and moved to McKeesport and later to Santa Monica, 
California, where he made his home for a number of years.  A few months ago he 
and his wife came East and located in Delmont, Westmoreland County, Pa.  He is 
survived by his wife and their only son, Dr. Lawrence Blose, a dentist at 
McKeesport. Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Collins, who have known the Blose family for many 
years, and their son, Jack, drove to Delmont this Thursday morning to attend the 
funeral of their old friend.
