  BLOSE
  
  Mrs. Mary W. Blose, 83, of Hooversville, died Nov. 16, 1976, in Memorial
  Hospital, Johnstown.  She was born April 9, 1893, in Fulton, Ill., a
  daughter of Jacob and Jane Walters Wilkins.  She was preceded in death by
  parents; husband, James Gleason Blose and grandson, Elden Lange.  Survived
  by daughter, Mrs. Esther Lange of Tire Hill and four great grandchildren. 
  She was a sister of Mrs. Jennie Vander Ploeg; Mrs. Helen Snyder, Mrs. Alice
  McDaniel, all of Muscatine, Iowa; and had a nephew, James White of Edina,
  Minn.  She was a member of the Hooversville United Methodist Church and the
  auxiliary to the Hooversville Volunteer Fire Department.  Friends will be
  received from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday in Deaaer
  Funeral Home, Stoystown, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday
  with the Rev. J. R. Peterson officiating.  Interment, P.O.S of A. Cemetery,
  Hooversville.
