  BLOUGH
  
  Carl A. Blough, 74, Box 77, Dilltown, died Feb. 29, 1984, at Lee Hospital,
  Johnstown.  Born July 30, 1909, in Stonycreek (Cambria County), son of the
  late Harry E. and Jennie (Miller) Blough.  Preceded in death by his
  stepmother, Esther Blough; daughter, Shirley Ann; and two infant sisters. 
  Survived by his widow, the former Marian Mull and these daughters:  Sara,
  wife of Richard Coughenour of Hampton Va.; Jane, wife of Sam Boring, New
  Florence RD 2; also six grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. 
  Brother of Geneveve Seese of Stow, Ohio; and Mary Jane Cassidy of New
  Jersey; also two half-sisters:  Vi Bougher and Margaret, both of Sandy
  Lake, Pa.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Harry R.
  Ondriezek II Funeral Home, Seward, where services will be held 1 p.m.
  Saturday, the Rev. Peter Alferi.  Interment, Forest Lawn Cemetery,
  Johnstown.
