  BLOUGH
  
  Charles L. Blough, 56, Hollsopple RD 2, died April 13, 1986, at home.  Born
  March 19, 1930, in Conemaugh Township, Somerset County, son of Sterling and
  Harriet (Phillips) Blough.  Preceded in death by father.  Survived by
  mother, of Windber; widow, the former Janet R. King; two daughters:  Susan,
  wife of Michael Kadilac, Pittsburgh; and Judy Behr, Somerset; three
  grandchildren:  Michael and Kristin Kadilac and Christopher Behr.  Brother
  of:  Bernice Welsh, North Madison, Ohio; Gloria Smith, Norwich, Conn.;
  Ronald, Windber; Richard, Ebensburg; Marlin, Hollsopple RD; Carol Sterner,
  Somerset; Shelvia Weaver, Cairnbrook; Trudy Miller, Johnstown; and Sherry
  Podrasky, Windber.  Member of U.S.W. of A., retired employee of Penn
  Machine Company of Johnstown, served three years in the U.S. Air Force. 
  Friends received noon-9 p.m. Tuesday at Hoffman Funeral Home, main Street,
  Boswell, and from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the
  Thomas Mennonite Church, with the Rev. Norman W. Moyer officiating. 
  Interment, church cemetery.  Graveside military rite by Jerome American
  Legion.
