  BLOUGH
  
  Clinton Elwood Blough, 62, of formerly of Champion RD 1, died Oct. 16, 1977
  in Somerset State Hospital.  Born June 24, 1915 in Middlecreek Township, son
  of the late Irvin W. and Elsie (Harkcom) Blough.  Preceded in death by his
  parents, two brothers and a sister.  Survived by the following brothers and
  sisters:  Mrs. Irene Felton of Berlin; Mrs. Dorothy Haney of Johnstown; and
  a brother, Dwight Blough of Fremont, Ohio.  Member of the County Line
  Church of the Brethren.  Friends are being received at the Wilbur D. Miller
  Funeral Home where funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m.
  with the Rev. Warren MacEachren officiating.  Interment, St. John's
  Cemetery.
