  Harold E. Blough (Abie), 66, 134 School Avenue, Jerome, died Feb. 21, 1977
  in Mercy Hospital, Johnstown.  Born Sept. 8, 1910 in Scalp Level.  Son of
  John and Carrie Jane Weaver Blough.  Preceded in death by parents, infant
  brother, step father, Lemon Lape, Sr.  Survived by widow, the former Leona
  Brown, and these children:  Fred, married to the former Marie Wilk,
  Fredrick, Md.; Shelva Jean, wife of Ronald Shaffer, Hanover, Pa.; Douglas,
  married to the former Mary Ann Havrilak, Johnstown; Jeffrey, at home; and
  five grandchildren.  He was a half brother of Ernest D. Lape, Plainville,
  Conn.; Rodney N. Lape, Wallingford, Conn.; Janis, wife of Ellis
  Gindlesperger, Robert W. Lape, both of Utica, Mich. and Lemon Lape Jr.,
  Tire Hill.  Member of Tire Hill Local 998 UMW of A, Jerome Volunteer Fire
  Department, Ferndale and New Baltimore Sportsmens Clubs.  Friends were
  received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and will be received from 10 a.m. to 9
  p.m. Wednesday at Joseph H. Hoffman Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny Street,
  Boswell, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday with the Rev.
  George A. Clark officiating.  Interment, Richland Cemetery.
