Malabar Blvd., Palm Bay, Fla. died in Melbourne, Fla., July 9, 1978. Born in Somerset, she came to Palm Bay in 1973 from Washington, D.C. Was an associate professor and taught law and psychology at the University of Maryland Branch at Bowie State College, Bowie, Md. Formerly associated with the law firm of Mayer and Doerr of Johnstown, and served as an assistant to the District Attorney's Office, Cambria County, Ebensburg. Received her B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh, M.A. degree from American University, Washington, D.C., and Juris Doctor of Law at George Washington University, Washington, D.C. Attended Penn State University of Miami. Member of the First Christian Church of Melbourne, Fla. She was the third licensed female airline pilot in Pennsylvania. Survived by twin sister, Miss G. Ethel Blough of Palm Bay, Fla.; Mrs. Helen B. Lehman, Davidsville; Mrs. Gladys Brubaker and Mrs. Mary E. Shaffer, both of Somerset; three brothers, Daniel B. Blough, Long Beach, Cal.; A. F. Blough and J. Warren Blough, both of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Funeral services will be held at the First Christian Church, Melbourne, Fla. at 10 a.m. Thursday. Davis Funeral Home, Melbourne Fla.
