  BLOUGH
  
    J. Willard Blough, 78, 1800 North Talvott Place, Waynesboro, Va.,
  formerly of Friedens, died Aug. 9, 1993, at Waynesboro Community
  Hospital.  Born April 3, 1915, in Somerset, son of the late Ira and Annie
  (Miller) Blough.  Member of Waynesboro Church of the Brethren and a former
  member and deacon of Geiger Church of the Brethren.  Owner of the former
  Blough's Economy Store in Friedens for nine years, and a former employee of
  U.S. Steel for 20 years.  preceded in death by one brother, and one
  sister.  Survived by his wife, Pauline "Polly" Blough of Waynesboro; son,
  J. Ronald Blough of Allison Park, Pa.; a daughter, Sandy Miller of
  Fishersville, Va.; a sister Edna Hottle of Friedens; also five
  grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.  A service will be conducted
  at 2 p.m. Wednesday in McDow Funeral Home, Waynesboro by the Rev. Byron
  Flory.  Burial will be in Augusta Memorial Park, Waynesboro.  The family
  will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
