  Telford D. "Jake" Blough, 40, Stoystown RD 2, died May 19, 1988, at
  Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born Feb. 2, 1948, in
  Stoystown RD, son of Vernon Loman and Arvilla (Foy) Blough.  Preceded
  in death by parents and two infant brothers.  Survived by wife, former
  Patty A. Drenning; and children, Jason Roy and Chad Patrick, both at
  home.  Brother of:  Kenneth, married to former Janet Speicher, and
  Robert, married to former Faye Custer, both of Stoystown RD 2;
  Ernest, married to former Nancy Custer, Hooversville; Glenn, married
  to former Judy Wain, Central City; Laura "Boots" Miller, York;
  Geraldine, wife of Harry Ryman, North Ridgeville, Ohio; and Dorothy
  Stacy, Mississippi.  Also survived by father-in-law and
  mother-in-law, Roy and Iona Drenning, Hooversville RD 1.  Member of
  Grace Brethren Church, Somerset, and Jennerstown Rod and Gun Club. 
  1967 graduate of Shade High School.  Blough was an Army veteran and
  was employed by USDA as a federal food inspector.  Friends received
  2-4, 7-9 p.m. Saturday at George E. Mason Funeral Home,
  Davidsville.  Funeral service 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Grace Brethren
  Church, the Rev. Clifford Wicks officiating.  Interment, Berkey
  Cemetery.  Those who wish may make contributions to Laurel Highlands
  Christian Academy, Somerset.
