  BLOUGH
  
    William C. Blough, 75, Boswell RD 2, died March 15, 1993, at
  Conemaugh Hospital.  Born April 1, 1917, in Jenner Township, son of
  Newton A. Sr. and Nettie F. (Miller) Blough.  Preceded in death by
  parents; sisters, Margaret McDonald and Florence Myers, and brother,
  Newton A. Jr.  Survived by wife, the former Mary Jane Shaffer, and
  these children:  William D., married to Dorothy Jane Hoover, Boswell
  RD 2; Dianna Jane, wife of Terry L. Stevens, Chester, N.J., and James
  R., married to Kathy Beard, Boswell RD 2.  Also grandchildren:  John
  W., Matthew and Mark Blough, and Rebecca and Amy Stevens.  Brother of
  Catherine Stutzman, Ligonier; Robert J., Boswell RD 1; Lucille Miller,
  Westmont, and Mildred Zimmerman, Waterford; half-brother of Gary,
  Minnesota, and Ellen Miltenberger, Johnstown.  Member of Laurel
  Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Jennerstown, and the Pa. Farmers
  Association.  Also member and past director for 32 years of the Allied
  Milk Producers.  WWII Army veteran.  Observed 50th wedding anniversary
  June 12, 1992.  Owned and operated a dairy farm for many years. 
  Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m. Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell. 
  Viewing also from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Friday
  at the Laurel Trinity Church, the Rev. Edward N. Corneilson
  officiating.  Interment, St. James Cemetery.  Memorial contributions
  to the St. James Lutheran Cemetery Association in care of Robert J.
  Blough, RD 1, Boswell, would be appreciated.
