  BLUBAUGH
  
  Gertrude D. Blubaugh, 86, of West Patriot St. Somerset, died Jan. 12,
  1978, in the Somerset Community Hospital.  Born April 9, 1891, in Sand
  Patch, a daughter of Samuel and Lydia (Deal) Christner.  Preceded in
  death by first husband, Kenneth Hicks, three sisters, one brother,
  and her parents.  Survived by her husband, Lloyd N. Blubaugh; and
  these step-children:  Glenn Blubaugh of Lima, Ohio; Ray of Columbus
  Grove, Ohio; and Park of Toledo, Ohio; a step-daughter, Mrs. Gladys
  Dyson of Mundy's Corner; and seven step-grandchildren.  Friends will
  be received after 7 p.m. Friday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral
  Home where services will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. with the
  Rev. Richard H. Shellenberger officiating.  Interment, Husband
  Cemetery.
