  RICHARD F. BLUBAUGH
  
    Richard F. Blubaugh, 65, of Berlin RD 3, died Jan. 20, 1980, in
  Somerset Community Hospital.
    He was born Dec. 22, 1914, in Somerset County, a son of Austin and
  Leila (Salkeld) Blubaugh.  He was preceded in death by his father and
  three brothers.
    He is survived by his mother; his wife, the former Hazel Klink; and
  these children:  Barry, Stoystown RD 1; Mrs. Ronald (Karen) Emerick,
  Wellersburg; Jerry, Berlin; Mrs. Michael (Vicki) Harcom, Berlin RD 4;
  and Allan, at home.  Also seven grandchildren.  He was a brother of
  Mrs. Ray (Edna) Stidham, and William, both of Tucson, Ariz.; Gene,
  Berlin RD 4; Mrs. Lee (Louise) Witt, Berlin; Thomas, Macedonia, Ohio;
  and Mrs. Ray (Doris) Miller, Meyersdale RD 1.  He was a member of St.
  Michael's Lutheran Church, Pine Hill.
    Friends were received at the Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home, Berlin,
  where services were held with the Rev. Kenneth S. Swanson
  officiating.  Interment, Pine Hill Cemetery.
