Blucas, 86, Maple Ridge, died Dec. 12, 2004, at Windber Medical Center. Born Nov. 25, 1918, in Ralphton, son of Frank and Mary (Chemelski) Blucas. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Anthony, Walter and John and sister, Estelle Blucas. Survived by sisters, Wanda, married to Stanley Cotchen Sr., Maple Ridge, and Mildred, married to William Rolik, Fairfield, N.J., and sisters-in-law, Jean Blucas-Shaffer, Greenville, S.C., and Lavina Blucas, Tire Hill. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Army veteran of World War II. He was a track man for the former Pennsylvania Railroad. Member of St. Anne Catholic Church, Davidsville. A former member of Hollsopple Post 8861, VFW, and Jerome Post 802, American Legion. A private family viewing will be held. Friends are invited to a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anne Church. The Rev. Father Michael Lewandowski, OFM Conv., celebrant. Committal, St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Boswell.
