Born in Bristol, Lisa has been a life long resident of Levittown and was a 1985 graduate of Bishop Conwell High School. She has been employed as a payroll clerk with Craftmatic Inc. in Trevose for the past 8 years. She was a member of Queen of the Universe Parish. She was an avid pet lover and very talented with arts and crafts. She is the beloved daughter of Theodore P. Sr. and the late Teresa M. (Nee Dedik) Blucas. She is the loving fiance of Raphael J. McGough of Willow Grove and will be sadly missed by his parents Raphael M. and Grace McGough. She is the dearest sister of: Patricia E. Whittaker and her husband Mark of Stewartstown, Pa.; Diane M. Dzurinko of Langhorne; Edward P. Blucas and his wife Renee of Gibsonia; Thomas M. Blucas of Willow Grove and Theodore P. Blucas, Jr. of Bristol. Lisa will also be sadly missed by: her nieces and nephews: Dena C. Childress and her husband Robert; Mandy E. (Her Goddaughter) and Marky J. Whitaker; Kyle E. Kory E., Jesse T. and Kane E. Blucas, Shannon M. Dzurinko and Alexandria P. Blucas, and her great niece: Kaylee C. Childress. She enjoyed playing with them and spoiling them with her love and gifts. She is the Goddaughter of Verna and the late Andrew Sendek and is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins and her beloved dog Buttercup. Family and friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 2200 Trenton Road., Levittown, where family and friends are invited to attend her funeral 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Queen of the Universe Church.
