Born March 21, 1926 in Coal Run, he is a son of the late Harry and Ruth (Miller) Bluebaugh. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dora May (Miller) Bluebaugh, Dec. 12, 1995. Survived by one son, Randy A. Bluebaugh and wife Victoria, Boynton; two sisters, Virginia Maust, Salisbury, Eleanor Hochard, Meyersdale and two grandchildren, J. R. and Amy Lynn Bluebaugh. He was a retired self-employed carpenter and member of St. Paul Wilhelm United Church of Christ. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Newman Funeral Home Inc., 9168 Mason-Dixon Highway, Salisbury, where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday with the Rev.
