    Marie Martha (Sellers) Bluestone, died Nov. 11, 2007, at the Baptist Home, Pittsburgh.
  Born July 31, 1921, the second daughter of the late W. Blaine and Ada M. (Tressler)
  Sellers. Preceded in death by her husband, Isadore Bluestone in 1976. She is survived by
  two sisters, Elaine S. Meyers, Pensacola, Fla.; Lois and Roger Bowman, Deep Creek, Md.,
  and Lake Placid, Fla.; and the Rev. Max W. Sellers and Dorothy, Kettering, Ohio. She also
  leaves nephews and nieces, Kenneth Hamilton, Nancy N. Thomas, Eric W. Sellers and J. Ellen
  Holt. Marie was a 1939 graduate of Meyersdale High School and graduated from York Business
  College. She completed two years of study at the University of Pittsburgh. She was
  employed for 10 years in the U.S. Ordinance Department at the Pentagon, Washington, D.C.,
  served as administrative assistant to the Director of Safety of the City of Boston. Later
  she moved to Pittsburgh and managed several medical practices before being appointed as
  hostess of Heinz Chapel at the University of Pittsburgh, a position she held for 24
  years. Upon retirement, she was given a ballroom farewell. Friends will be received 10 to
  11 a.m. Thursday, to be followed by a service of remembrance and thanksgiving. Interment
  in Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be made to First United Methodist
  Church, Meyersdale. Arrangements by the M. Ray  Leckemby Funeral Home.
